This session created a valuable platform for open conversations, where we shared ideas, perspectives and experiences across teams. By embracing our diverse strengths, we continue to enhance our support functions and ensure strong alignment with our business goals. 🌟
🎓✨ We were also excited to launch our Mini MBA Cohort 2, in collaboration with the Institute of Continuing Education and Human Resources (ICEHR), Thammasat University, to further empower our people. Following the great success of our first cohort, this four-month journey will continue to equip our team with new skills, fresh perspectives and practical knowledge.
We are confident that our participants will bring these learnings back to their roles, driving both individual growth and organisational success.
